Q: How long is the order processing time?
A: Since all orders are made on demand the processing times are longer than conventional stores. During normal months the processing times are 2-5 business days. During the holiday months it is 5-12 business days.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 2-5 business days to have your order processed. Your order is being handmade & printed then it's packaged and shipped out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page or Track Order Page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page(Track Order Page) after 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, free shipping will normally take 12 to 20 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 14-21 business days. However, there are many paid shipping methods available for faster shipping times for USA and Worldwide.
Q: Why isn't my order tracking?
A: Please allow for 3 days for the tracking to update once you receive you're tracking number. Sometimes shipping companies are slow to send shipping updates.

Q: What material is your clothing made of?
A: We use a blended fabric material made up of, High quality polyester (95%) and then spandex (5%). We did this to create a seriously soft fabric that feels similar to cotton but better.
Q: Why do you use Polyester/Spandex blended material?
A: We use the blended fabric material because we use the sublimation printing method and this method of printing can't be done on cotton. The blend we use also feels the most like cotton compared to 100% polyester or nylon.
Q: Does Anime Craze provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
A: We offer a full refund if the item is damaged. However, no refunds will be accepted for clothing items that are the incorrect size. We offer sizing charts and sizing directions for all clothing on the store. 100% of clothing is US size.
Q: Do I need PayPal Account to purchase?
You don't need a PayPal account to purchase, simply checkout as a guest.
Q: What happens if my product doesn't arrive?
A: Depending on the issue, we may re-send the product to you again or issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Also check with your neighbor or family members before contacting us. More often then not all packages that are lost are delivered to a neighbor or a family member has picked up the package by mistake.

A: Yes, all the products on our website are made from bare materials and are cut, sewn and printed to order.
